Yay! Had a great day today, especially activity-wise.

Fiberone Bar-140, 2 cups of Watermelon (diced)-80, 100-calorie cookies-100, SlimFast Shake-190, Sunchips-140, Taco Salad (with Boca crumbles)-500, 2 bowls of cereal-350
Total=15oo
This is MUCH improved compared to yesterday, but I did let the “after dinner” snacking get to me with those 2 bowls of cereal (yikes). I’ll have to be sure to avoid that tomorrow.
