Day 3

Yay!  Had a great day today, especially activity-wise.

20 minutes on Wii Fit

40 minutes (500 calories) on Tredmill  

Food Journal (calories)

Fiberone Bar-140, 2 cups of Watermelon (diced)-80, 100-calorie cookies-100, SlimFast Shake-190, Sunchips-140, Taco Salad (with Boca crumbles)-500, 2 bowls of cereal-350

Total=15oo

This is MUCH improved compared to yesterday, but I did let the “after dinner” snacking get to me with those 2 bowls of cereal (yikes).  I’ll have to be sure to avoid that tomorrow. 

Day 2

Hello Buddies!  I’m happy to say that I met my exercise goals for the 2nd day in a row.  However, I think it’s necessary to re-institute the food journal, because I let myself go overboard with pizza and some other snacking today.    I don’t want my workouts to be in vain, so beginning tomorrow I’ll be posting every bite I’ve eaten! :D

Day 1-Back in the Saddle

Well, it’s been a little over a year since my last visit to buddyslim.com, but I’m back and ready to continue where I left off. 

The good news is that I’ve managed to maintain my initial weight loss of 47lbs (from 222 to 175).  The bad news is that if I had been putting in the work I should have, I would have probably reached my goal of 130 by now.  But the past is the past and the important thing is that I’m ready to give it 110% again and get the rest of the weight off.
