<p align="left">Yay!  I lost 4lbs this week!  I got in my exercise daily, which felt great!  I didn&#8217;t feel deprived since I still went out when I felt like it (picking more responsible items off the menu), but I didn&#8217;t limit myself to &#8220;health food.&#8221;  The reality is I&#8217;m not going to &#8220;diet;&#8221; I&#8217;m simply focusing on cutting calories and I&#8217;m not going to be overly-concerned about where every single calorie comes from.  For me, that just makes weight-loss to much of a chore and my mind begins bargaining with itself (risk vs. reward), and inevitable the downfall comes.  So this time &#8217;round, I&#8217;m only going super-strict when absolutely necessary (ex-the unavoidable plateau).  The rest of the time, I&#8217;m going to live my life normally, but more consciously.  My goals for the coming week are:</p>
<p align="left">-1500 calories (or less) daily</p>
<p align="left">-25 minute (minimum) on Wii Fit daily</p>
<p align="left">-250 calories burned (minimum) on tredmill 6x</p>
<p align="left">-Drink 2 bottles of water daily (out of my large water bottle)</p>
<p align="left">-Take my vitamin daily</p>
<p align="left">-Break out of the 170&#8217;s (currently 171)</p>
