Day 4

Had an awesome day and I’m feeling good.  It feels amazing to be back on the right track!

 Activities:

21 minutes Wii Fit

60 minutes on Tredmill (650 calories)

Food Journal (calories)

Fiberone Bar-140, 2 cups of Watermelon (diced)-80, 100-calorie cookies-100, SlimFast Shake-190, Flipz-150, Ihop Pancakes and Syrup-700, 2 cups of cereal-220

Total-1680

I realize I still need to cut about 300 calories.  I had a pretty big dinner tonight (700 cals), but I’m not going to beat myself up to badly because it’s all about improvement.  The last time I went to Ihop, I’m sure I ate well over 1,000 calories.

Takin’ it one day at a time! :D

    you should mainly shoot for getting your fruits, veggies, and fiber in for the day, which i see you started your day with a fiberone bar which is all good and you did have some watermelon…but you would feel so much more full if you had lots of fruits and vegetables…I mean you could eat them all day, you would feel full, and you would still use up less calories than those pancakes….but yes i know you have to start somewhere….so…for day 4 not too shabby
